Workshops and Interactive Online Courses

Women's Health Victoria offers a suite of online interactive courses. Our experienced trainers engage with participants via ZOOM using a range of online tools and approaches to ensure an immersive learning experience. Our training is evidence informed, drawing on real world case studies and best practice.
We also offer a range of live workshops delivered from our training rooms in Melbourne or onsite in the workplace by arrangement.
These courses seek to change thinking and practice around workplace gender equality and demonstrate how workplaces can contribute to the prevention of violence against women. They are suitable for workplaces and employees who want to make a difference through their w

Gender Equity Course and Resources

Women’s Health Victoria is the owner of Australia’s first accredited Course in Gender Equity. The course will equip individuals with the knowledge, skills and solutions to engage in gender equity work and identify and address gender equality issues in the workplace. In developing this course Women’s Health Victoria has worked with industry to develop a suite of teaching and learning resources available to Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and TAFE’s interested in delivering the course. The teaching and learning resources will meet the delivery and assessment needs for all units, and includes access to a Virtual Workplace to support the student journey.

 
 
 
 

Microcredentials and Online Courses

The Women’s Health Victoria Microcredentials and online courses are workplace focused, developed by industry for industry. They seek to change thinking and practice around workplace gender equality and how individually you can contribute to the prevention of violence against women. They are self-paced, which allow you the flexibility to manage competing demands in your work and personal life. Both the Microcredentials and the online courses are suitable for any individual seeking to contribute to the prevention of violence against women and gender equality.
